RESULT OF PITCHFEST COMPETITION
Kathmandu University Business Incubation Center under joint collaboration of Kathmandu University Technical Training Center organized an idea pitch competition on 24 December, 2014 from among students from School of Engineering. The event was planned where students pitched their ideas infront of panel of judges and three winning team were awarded with consolation prize money at the end.
The first session of the event was on business informative presentation from Mr. Ujjwal Kumar Shrestha (EM, Panchakanya Group), Ms. Rojina Bade, E&T Nepal (Former Mechanical Student), Mr. Amod RajBhandari (Mercantile Group of Companies) Mr. Arun Sharma and Ms. Supriya Koirala from KUBIC.
The following seven ideas were selected from Pre-pitching round held on 23rd December, 2014. The idea selected for final pitching were:
The audience along with judges asked the participants series of queries. Based upon their idea development, technical feasibility, market approach, financial projection and sustainability the winning three teams were announced.
