One-Day Media Research Conference at KU

The Department of Languages and Mass Communication, in collaboration with Martin Chautari, Kathmandu, organized a one day media research conference on 2 April 2012. The conference was attended by media teachers, researchers, practicing journalists and students of journalism, mass communication and media studies. The presentations included themes on Nepalese media as diverse as media research scenario, television and inclusion, female characters in radio dramas,  press freedom, book publication, coverage on climate change, representation of bilateral relations of Nepal with India and China, communication process, recruitment and continuity of journalists in Media houses.
