The reunion was successful in bringing together the products of Kathmandu University, Department of Pharmacy in a common platform and led the way to friendly socializing and intermingling between the pharmacy graduates. The event reunited the batches, batch mates and teachers in a congenial interactive platform to help reminisce, re-live and relish their unforgettable memories of KU.

A talk program was also held during the event to elucidate the role of pharmacists in different fields of work. Guest speakers representing various specialized technical sectors spoke on their respective fields of expertise. The guest speakers in the program were: Dr. Panna Thapa (Academic sector), Mr. Jaya Bir Karmacharya (Industrial sector), Mr. Babu Ram Humagain (Hospital sector), Mr. Gorkha Bahadur DC (Government/Regulatory sector), Mr. Hasan Bajracharya (NGO/INGO projects), Mr. Deepak Pokhrel (IT sector) and Mr. Ganesh Maharjan (Community Pharmacy sector).
