DoCSE and e-Learning Center Conduct Training on Moodle
The
Department
of Computer Science and Engineering (DoCSE) successfully conducted a  
training on “e-Learning Through Moodle” on June 19 and 20 in 
collaboration with e-Learning Center at Kathmandu University, Dhulikhel.
The
training was
divided into four sessions. In the opening session, distinguished 
guests including Registrar and Associate Deans were present. Mr. Jae Min
Kim from Korea, who worked as an e-learning expert in Kathmandu 
University, was invited as a guest. Dr. Bal Chandra
Luitel, Associate Dean of School of Education, Subir Pradhananga and 
Sarina Piya from OLE Nepal shared their experiences of e-Learning. 
Mr. Sushil Shrestha, Asst. Professor, DoCSE, delivered lectures on
“e-contents” and “Tips to prepare effective presentation” in the
second session. In the third session, Mr. Rajesh Manandhar, researcher in E-learning center,
presented on moodle system and its different features.” Similarly, Mr. Manoj Shakya, Asst. Professor, DoCSE, 
discussed  on “Quiz in Moodle” in the fourth
and final sessions. 
Dr. Manish Pokharel, Head of the Department, handed
over certificates to the participants and tokens of love to the resource persons.
