A Talk Program on Communication, Innovation and Creativity
A special talk program was held at the Auditorium Hall of the Turbine Testing Lab, on 31 December 2014. The program included two sessions on the issues related to broad aspects of professionalism and leadership.
In the first session, Mr. Hem Raj Kafle, Coordinator of Humanities and Management Unit (HMU), School of Engineering, highlighted the milestones of professional communication, with specific focus on the links between professionalism, communication and leadership.
Similarly, in the second session, Mr. Arun Sharma, a visiting faculty to HMU, shed lights on creativity and innovation as key factors for survival in the competitive environments of today.
The talk was mainly targeted to the fourth-year students of different Undergraduate groups from School of Engineering as a supplementary seminar for the courses in entrepreneurship and professional ethics.
Faculties from different Departments also participated in the program.
