DOCUMENT VERIFICATION AND ADMISSION NOTICE– Third LIST

It is notified that the following applicants of Undergraduate Admission-2015 in the School of Science and School of Engineering at Kathmandu University, have been selected for document verification and admission in the programs as indicated below.

Selected applicants are required to contact concerned department for document verification and admission from September 14 to 16, 2015 between 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Procedure for Document Verification and Admission (Candidates are required to strictly follow the sequence):

1.    Appear in person in the concerned department with original documents and admit card.

2.    Complete the admission and registration forms.

3.    Pay the required fees to Kathmandu University’s Accounts at any branch of the following banks:

4.     Visit the concerned department with 3 recent photos (PP-size), proof of payment, copies of the academic certificates, transcripts, and citizenship certificate.

NOTES: 

• In the event that erroneous information or invalid documents have been provided by the applicant, intentionally or otherwise, the applicant will be automatically rejected.
• Candidates should complete the admission process by September 16, 2015. Request for the extension of the deadline will not be considered.
• Unfilled seats, if any, will be offered to the alternative candidates. Please follow the KU website for subsequent verification and admission lists.
• The bank at KU will be open till 3:00 PM on working days.
• Candidates willing to withdraw from the programs, after admission, are required to submit the withdrawal applications by September 20, 2015. Candidates submitting the withdrawal request after September 20, 2015 will not be entitled to 70% refund of the university fees.
• Unfilled seats, if any, will be offered to the alternative candidates from the waiting list. Candidates on the waiting list are required to contact the Admissions Office (Ph. # 011-681572) on September 17, 2015 from 10 AM to 1 PM for further instructions.
