Dr. Suresh Raj Sharma, Vice-Chancellor of Kathmandu University awarded by  'Gopal-Kamala Raj Bhandary Rotary Award for Vocational Excellence for the Year 2012-13' for his excellent contribution to the educational sector of Nepal.

The award announced by Rotary International - Nepal on Saturday carries a purse of Rs. 1 million and letter of appreciation.

The award will be conferred to Dr. Sharma by Rt. Hon. President of Nepal Dr. Ram Baran Yadav at a function organized by the Rotary International-Nepal held at Shital Niwas on Tuesday (20 November, 2012).
