NOTICE

All the Principal Investigators or Co- Principal Investigator or Project Coordinators are hereby sincerely reminded to issue new Employment Contract (refer www.ku.edu.np/research see Template 14) to their Project Staff and also obtain a one for self from their Employer with rates as directed in the GUIDELINES Remuneration Scheme (refer www.ku.edu.np/research Policy 1.6 Table 1, go to bottom page).

In the meantime also be informed to claim all kinds of incentives for the latter half of the month of December 2015 at the soonest possible based on earlier LOC (Letter of Contract). Copy of Attendance sheet based on electronic Sign-in and Sign-out is available with the Manger- RDC for your reference, based on which PIs are required to send a Memo for Payment mentioning the amount to be paid clearly stating the details of Bank Account maintained at the Nepal Investment Bank Limited in KU Extension Branch of Banepa.

The Employment Contract to be issued to the Project Staff shall not exceed a total period of One Year (you may indicate conditional possibility of extension). RDC Ref no. of each Project Staff can be obtained from the Directorate of RDC. Any of the Project Staff failing to produce electronic Sing-in and Sign- out shall be deprived of payment effective from the month of January 2016. Attendance record along with Memo for payment of the Salary and other Incentives must be submitted no later than 25^th day of the Month Salary/incentives claim is made for.
