The Kathmandu University-Lecture Series
CEPTE has been organizing the Kathmandu University-Lecture Series (KULS) at Kathmandu University with the aim to give practical information on current issues of R&D, policy for their implementation and sustainable management infrastructure development to the students, faculties and invitees. Prominent experts in the field are invited to share their knowledge with KULS participants. The chief guest of this 28th round of KULS interaction is Prof. Dr. D.H Yoo, Professor, Dept. of Civil Engineering, Ajou University, Republic of Korea .
D.H Yoo, Professor, Dept. of Civil Engineering, Ajou University, Republic of Korea has over 35 years of experience in the field of Civil and Hydraulic Engineering. He holds B. Sc. in Civil Engineering from Seoul National University, M.Sc in Maritime Civil Engineering from University of Liverpool and Ph.D from University of Manchester. His major research field includes : Open Channel Hydraulics, Pipe Flow Hydraulics, Sewerage Pipe Flow Hydraulics, Surface Runoff, River Flow and Sewerage Pipe Flow, Coastal Engineering Hydraulics, Drainage Hydraulics and General Aspects of Flow Resistance.
