KU Main Campus Staff Team Wins Football Tournament

The Staff Football Team of KU main campus won the FOURTH KU-STAFF CUP 7’A SIDE FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT organized on 31 January 2014 by Kathmandu University High School (KUHS).

The main campus Team defeated KUHS staff team by 3-1 in the first game. In the final, it defeated KU Dhulikhel Hospital (KUDH) staff Team which had entered the final by beating KU School of Medical Sciences (KUSMS) staff Team.

The final match ended in a tie breaker after a goal-less draw in the regular and added times.

With the win, the main campus Team received the winner trophy and a cash prize of 10,000 rupees.
