On April 15, 2026, Kathmandu University inaugurated the Thrangu Rinpoche Academia Industry Block, in a special ceremony led by Hon’ble Dr. Ram Lama, Member of the House of Representatives. More than the opening of a new building, the occasion celebrated a meaningful partnership grounded in a shared vision for education, research, and social impact. The collaboration provides dedicated spaces for academic activities, Buddhist studies, learning programs, and meditation initiatives, creating an environment where knowledge, values, and innovation can grow together.
