Kathmandu University and Investment Board of Nepal have officially agreed to forge into a partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

The MoU was signed by Prof. Dr. Bhola Thapa, Registrar of KU, and Mr. Radhesh Pant, CEO of Investment Board, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Ram Kantha Makaju Shrstha, Vice Chancellor of KU. 

The MoU signing took place on 11 August 2015 in a special function organized at the Office of Investment Board, New Baneswar.

Prof. Dr. Mohan Bikram Gewali, Dean of School of Science, Prof. Dr. Bim Prasad Shrestha, Associate Dean for Research at School of Engineering, Dr. Rajendra Koju, Associate Dean of School of Medical Science, Dr. Manish Pokharel, Head of Department of Computer Science and Engineering, and a number of high level officials from Investment Board attended the program.
