Dr. Kharel presented "Distance Learning both Online and Offline Environment" in Colombo, Sri Lanka from 26 to 28 Feb. 2018. This Program was jointly organized by Asian Development Bank (ADB) and UNESCO's Asia-Pacific Regional Bureau for Education.

Mr. Haris Adhikari, Lecturer in English at Humanities and Managment Unit, School of Engineering, has come up with his second literary venture, Sangam (2018), a bilingual anthology of 64 translated contemporary Nepali poems.
